Meet Cindy Rosenwald
Senator Cindy Rosenwald is currently serving her first term representing Senate District 13, which includes six out of Nashua's nine wards. Before getting elected to the NH Senate, she served as a State Representative for 14 years. Throughout her career in public service, Cindy continues to advocate for affordable health care and policies to help working families.
In the Senate, Cindy serves on the Finance, Capital Budget, and Executive Departments & Administration committees. She is a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures Task Force on Health Reform Implementation. She has received numerous awards from human service advocacy groups for her legislative work.
Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and a master’s degree from Rivier University. Prior to taking office, she was a member of the adjunct faculty at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She has also worked in hospital marketing and public relations and formerly was a vice president at Ted Bates Advertising/New York, where she worked with health care and packaged foods clients.
Cindy and her husband, Dr. Peter Klementowicz, have two adult children.
